Started as a dj at the age of 18. She started spinning progressive at a small bar at corfu where she studies translation and then some offers came up in surface. The great opportunity knocked her door sudenly and she played as a guest dj at one of the biggest and most upfront clubs in athens(her home town) Bossa Nostra at a six senses party organised by Petros Feelin. then back to Corfu she continued with frequent parties along with Andreas Acratos from floorfiller bookings and promotions.2004 brought lot of success and a radio show every Saturday and Sunday night along with Sly at life radio, and a series of parties under the name \"Elektro Soundz\" with dj and radio producer vber. The first one took place at one of the nicest venues in Athens the bar-club Chroma-chroma, and the next at corfu at sax cafe, one of legendary dance places of Corfu. the sessions lasted a year, till she went to UK due to a uni scholarship! London was the source she always expected to fill in her flycase, and so it did happen. new sounds, new vinyls and a further view on the dance scene gave her great feedback on the way back home! as soon as she got back some appearances took place along with dj rebus at cafeina(athens) nad later on they formed the fuzzy logik dj team throwing some really successful parties! Second dj team was formed by katiem and dj roni (+soda,luv, danza) with more hard sound and frequent appearances at astron bar (athens-psiri), and with dj ODC launched the “sounds of the city” monthly nights as an after hours party at almodobar,gazi .in uk it seems she found one of the most inspiring friends and formed a third team LES RHYTMES MINIMALES along with DJ Fanny G promoting the minimal sound! several appearances took place around Greece under the burning sun and the winter 2005 found katie_m with another collaboration along with Zero:One (I<3Aki, Minimal London) & Bonzo creating a team called .:MinimalAthens:. spreading the vibes of minimal music arround Athens in several venues! in the meantime she performs in different big clubs of Athens such as the legendary Factory club as a guest dj.
In 2006, she decided to dedicate time on production as well
